Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to the
following terms
1. process1.1 | Reference photos/reference sheets are necessary.
∙ Text refs- and non-compiled picture refs will be considered as character design, which cost additional.
1.2 | Changes to commission can only be made during sketching process.
∙ After final sketch, bigger changes will cost extra.
1.3 | Commission process may but vary. (depending on necessary studies and commission size.)
1.4 | The client will receive: a digital PNG/JPG/or PDF version of the commission to their email, which includes my watermark.
∙ The commissions are only digital goods, no physical items.
2. payment and cancellation2.1 | PAYPAL only - full payment upfront.
∙ Currency is in Euro.
∙ Splitting payment can be discussed upon if the piece is large/over 400€.
2.2 | My commissions are non-refundable.
∙ Certain exceptions may apply: for example if I am unable to finish the commission for personal reasons.
2.3 | I reserve rights to adjust my commission prices accordingly.
∙ Prices shown are base prices. Pricing varies depending on complexity, character amount, etc.
2.4 | Tight deadline commissions will not be taken.
∙ Please inquire for more info!
3. rights of usage3.1 | I reserve full copyrights in the art I create:
∙ Including usage for my own use/promotional needs such as sharing wips and finished on my socials/portfolio, etc.
3.2 | I reserve rights to decline any commission.
3.3 | Personal use only:
∙ Do not: Claim the commission as your own, or remove my watermark on your own.
∙ Do not: Associate my work with NFTs/crypto or AI art/AI programs.
∙ Do not: Re-sell, use for merch or use in any profitable ways.
3.4 | Client can upload the commission to free-to-view accounts and social medias.
∙ Please still link to me for credit!
3.5 | If the client wants to keep the commission private, this needs to be addressed and agreed upon before starting.
4. commercial use4.1 | Commercial work is possible for an extra fee.
∙ Please inquire beforehand where and how the illustration will be used, when sending commission information!
4.2 | Commercial fee is +50% to +100% from the original price of chosen commission.
4.3 | Commercial fee applies but is not limited to:
∙ Merch, game illustrations, book/album/comic content, promotional art, content posts under your business, reproducing and selling the illustration or receiving a profit from a medium/platform where the art is posted, etc.
4.4 | The client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.
4.5 | Client will receive a transparent PNG version of the commission only.
4.6 | I as the creator reserve full rights to the illustrations created.
∙ The commercial fee does NOT give the right to alter/edit the commission or claim the artwork as your own creation.
additional information▣ | Various versions of commissions can be made for additional cost.
∙ (for example multiple outfits, extra emotions etc.)
▣ | You must be 18 or older to commission me (are you under 18, get your parent or guardian to contact me).
▣ | Do not expect me to post the commission online, as this is not guaranteed (this can however, be discussed).

✘: Anything politicalI am however, open to discuss ideas.
